MOON FACTORY COFFEE

京都にElephant factory coffeeと言うカフェがあります。

古本や店主が集めたオブジェに囲まれてとっても美味しいコーヒーが飲めるお店です。

Transparent vol.03で取材させて頂いたのですが、是非京都に訪れた際は足を運んでほしいお店の１つです。

私は特に夜９時以降にコーヒーを頂きにお邪魔するのが好きです...

さて、そのelephant factory coffee さんから

三軒茶屋の三角地帯の端っこに"Moon factory coffee"と言うお店をオープンしますと言うお便りが届きました。

Elephant factory coffeeが本当に素敵なお店なのでMoon factory coffeeにもとっても興味があります！行ってみたい！

９月２日オープンだそうです。是非、美味しいコーヒーと素敵な時間を。

In Kyoto, there is a cafe called "ELEPHANT FACTORY COFFEE".
You can enjoy the really good coffee in the cafe surrounded by 2nd hand books and some object that the owner collected.
We have interviewed the owner on our Transparent magazine vol.03.
if you have a chance to visit Kyoto it's worth to visit the cafe!
I love visiting there especially after 9 pm!

anyways...yesterday I received a card from them. it says that they wil open the new cafe called "MOON FACTORY COFFEE" in Sangenjyaya in TOKYO.
It must be the lovely cafe to visit too!
if you wanna have a lovely time with a nice cup of coffee...
the cafe will be open on 2nd of September!

とっても素敵な傘を作っておられる、イイダ傘店さんから雨傘展の案内が届きました。

私も以前、ひとつオーダーして作ってもらいました！

お気に入りです。雨の日も楽しみ。（ゲリラ豪雨は困りますが...）

使い捨てになってしまったビニール傘より自分の名前が入った傘、良いです。

案内の中に押し花がひとつ...なんて粋なんでしょう。

I have received an invitation from iida kasa ten (umbrella shop)...

the DM is so beautiful...

a pressed flower was enclosing in an envelop. that is so sweet!

I have ordered an umbrella before.

It's so easy to lose umbrellas, therefor we buy cheap plastic umbrellas these days.

But that is so much good feeling to having an umbrella which your name is engraved.

the rainy days become a kind of fun fashionable day for you.

test shooting 1.2

今月初めにしたテストシューティングをしました。

The beginning of this month, we did test shooting.

スーパーアシスタントのmioちゃん。　my supper assistant mio! she has very clever hands!!!

コンタクトレンズに奮闘中のモデルの劉ちゃんとヘアメイクのあかねさん。　a model girl was trying to wear contact lenses and hair make-up artist akane was helping her...Ouch!

ヘアスタイリストさんを次回号に巻き込む事に成功 :)

We had a really good time. and we Transparent magazine will work with new hair stylist for next issue! gonna be funnn!!!

で、こちらが東京で手に入れたもの。

TOKYO ART BOOK FAIRで手に入れた山崎美帆さんのZine.

可愛いイラストに人目惚れ。

原美術館で見つけた、フリーダ カーロの人形。

眉毛はつながりはしてたもののきっと魅力的で美しかったと思う彼女のお顔が

とっても不細工で可愛いと思い、つれて帰ってきました。

表参道に出来たmatohuさんでオーダーしたきんきらきんのカード入れ。

ふくさみたいな作りです。

使い込んだらどうなるかとっても楽しみ♪

A zine by Miho Yamazaki which I bought at THE TOKYO ART BOOK FAIR.

I was in love with her drawing at first sight.

so cute.

The other cute one. Mexican artist Frida Kahlo's magnet dall.

I found that at Hara art museum. she is one of my favorite artist.

I think she was very charming and beautiful lady, even though she had uni-brow...

but is one is so ugly! but I couldn't look away from her.....so cute!

and a very gold card case from matofu.

nice and gold isn't it!?

I was so lucky to meet Mr.Horihata the designer of matohu at his new shop then.

okay now I must write some letters!

楽しい夏休みも終わりです！

さ、気持ちを切り替えなと！

ブログも全然更新してないし...

もう帰って来て２ヶ月経ちますが、

バタバタしててちゃんと見てない雑誌と、

とっても刺激的だったAlexander McQueenのNYのメトロポリタン美術館で開催されてたexhibition“SAVAGE BEAUTY”の図録。

展覧会は本当に素晴らしかったです。会場の壁などにMcQueenがインタビューなどで答えた言葉などが書き出されていました。

彼の作品に対する考えやクリエーションに関する事など、本当に興味深い言葉でした。

亡くなってしまったなんて本当に残念です。

今晩あたりから雑誌や図録じっくり見てみよう...何か面白い発見があるかも。

A short summer holiday finished already... now start working on my magazine really hard!

well..I must...

2 month have already passed since my NY trip

Here are something I have gotten in NY.

I had been too busy, so I didn't have time for look them so far.

some magazines and a book of Alexander McQueen's exhibition " SAVAGE BEAUTY "

the exhibition was great! It blew me away!

there were some interesting words which he left...

that is too sad that we won't be able to see his new work ...

anyways I am going to look them tonight. there might be some good things I can find.

絵コンテ描いたり、素材探しに走り回ったり...

At the moment I am working on Transparent Magazine and also on my portfolio project at same time...
