THE NY ART BOOK FAIR

NYのMoMA PS1にて9月30日から10月2日まで開催される"THE NY ART BOOK FAIR"で

Transparent magazineが展示販売されます。

なんとエキサイティングなんでしょう！

zine's mateのブースにて開催される日本の女性のzineやアートブックを集めた"Feminine"にて展示されます。

今年MoMA PS1に訪れる機会があったのですが、そこでTransparent magazineがニューヨーカーに見て頂けるなんて、本当に嬉しい！

もし、その期間NYに訪れる幸運な人はぜひPS1に足を運んで下さい。

本当に凄くエネルギッシュな企画展ですよ！

From the 30th of September to the 2nd of October, "the NY art book fair" will held at MoMA PS1 in NY.

Transparent magazine vol. 3 and 4 will be shown and sold there.

私も以前、ひとつオーダーして作ってもらいました！

お気に入りです。雨の日も楽しみ。（ゲリラ豪雨は困りますが...）

使い捨てになってしまったビニール傘より自分の名前が入った傘、良いです。

案内の中に押し花がひとつ...なんて粋なんでしょう。

I have received an invitation from iida kasa ten (umbrella shop)...

the DM is so beautiful...

a pressed flower was enclosing in an envelop. that is so sweet!

I have ordered an umbrella before.

It's so easy to lose umbrellas, therefor we buy cheap plastic umbrellas these days.

But that is so much good feeling to having an umbrella which your name is engraved.

the rainy days become a kind of fun fashionable day for you.

お世話になってますデザイナーさんの展示会イベントにお邪魔してきました！
モデルさんが衣装を着用して台の上に立ってました。
カッコいい！
Roggykeiさんのお洋服はLady GAGAさんが日本に来られた際のテレビ出演でも着用されてて
とっても個性的でシャープでカッコいいんです。レザーの小物やバッグもステキ。
次回号で是非紹介させて頂けたらと思ってますのでお楽しみに！

I went to an exhibition of a designer unit called "Roggykei". last night.
it was an great show!
the models were standing on each stands.
their design clothes are now getting very famous.

Lady GAGA wore their pieces on TV when she visited Japan last time.
those are very distinctive, sharp and cool!
They designed some other stuff such as purses clutches and necklaces which made of leather.
I am thinking to show them on my magazine pages of next issues!

THE TOKYO ART BOOK FAIR　行ってきました。

沢山の本、雑誌、zine...凄い活気で面白かったです。

会館を通して沢山の来場者があったみたいで、私が3331Arts Chiyodaに訪れた時も、人で一杯でした。

Transparentも沢山の素敵な本と一緒に並べて頂いて、感激。

こんな機会を与えて頂いたZINESMATEさんに感謝です。

ありがとうございました。

Oh my god! what a event!!!

so many people were there and there were so much energy...

so many great art books, photo books, magazines and zines...

I was so impress!

really thank for the zine's mate who gave me this opportunity.

360℃ and tender air

Transparentでいつもお世話になってます、大好きなデザイナー360℃さんの展示会に行ってきました。

とても雰囲気のあるビルの一室にショールームがあり、デザイナーさんの集めた古いものや新しいものが何気なく置かれてるとても素敵な空間です。

ショールームに入ってお洋服を見た瞬間、凄く色がきれい！と思いました。カラフルと言うのではなく、グラデーションが色んな光に反射して何とも言えない色を出していました。

そして質感が、空気や風邪に触れる事を計算されて作られてる様で、感動します。

何よりもこうやって半年に一回くらいですがお会いして色々お話をさせて貰えるのが私の創作の為の細胞を刺激します。

次回号はLa Musicaだと話すと、知り合いのグラフィックデザイナーさんから頂いたバッハの無伴奏チェロ組曲のエピソードを聞かせて頂きました。

ちょっとテーマが音楽って無謀だったかな〜と思ってたのですが、なるほど音楽ってやっぱり色んなシーンシーンに大切な物なのかもしれません。

テーマに選んで良かった。

this is a CD cover made by a graphic designer friend of the designer. isn't it nice!? and the antique flower vase. this is made of stone...it's hard but warm material i think...

Today I visited a designer's show room.

I really love talking with her every half a year.

Her show room is in an old beautiful buildings. and there are some new and old things which the designer collected.

those things are all so match her showroom.

the first impression when I came into the room was "those color of clothes are all very beautiful!"

it doesn't mean the clothings are colorful. I mean the gradient and reflection of the color are so beautiful.

and the material she use for her pieces, are great.

it seems like she thinks how they look when they come out in an air.

I always enjoy talking with her and she gives me so much inspires.

I was actually thinking the theme " music " for the next issue is too difficult to photograph but she told me about a story of the Bach 6 cello suites and her.

It reminded me that the music is always needed every scene in our moment!

I am so glad I decided that theme for next one!

Transparent vol.03で、2009 A/Wのコレクション、「かぶきもの」の特集を作らせて頂きました。

本当に素敵な作品です。

Transparent03のテーマは"move"でした。

デザイナーの掘畑さんと関口さんのお話は本当に興味深く、心に残る撮影でした。

本当に東京コレクションで作品を発表し、日本を代表するブランドのデザイナーのお二人に、ご協力頂き、今でも心から感謝します！

そのmatohuさんの直営店が表参道近くにオープンするとお便りを頂きました。

オープンは7月15日（金）だそうです。

この週末に東京に行く予定をしていましたので早速お邪魔してみたいと思います！

matohuの世界感、本当に素敵なんです。うっとりする！

In Transparent vol.03, we featured a fashion brand called "matofu".

It was collection of 2009 A / W.

All pieces we borrowed for the photo shooting were so beautiful.

Mr.Horihata and Ms.Sekiguchi's thought about their design was very interesting.

and the photo shooting became the one of my memorable shoot.

last week I recieved a card from Matohu and it tells me that they will open the shop in Omotesandou in Tokyo in the 15 th of July.

I am going to Tokyo this weekend.

I am thinking to visit their brand new shop as well!

the atmosphere the matohu makes are great!

AVM DESIGN ROOMのマリッジリング☆リングの内側に星が沢山彫られています。

ロマンチック！

そして、リングピローは一点一点手作りのVehicle（**サイトなどは只今準備中の為お問い合わせはFLORAISONへ！）の作品です。星をイメージして作られてます。

と言う訳で、明日お月様が出て、織姫様と彦星さんが会えるようにお祈りしましょうね。

Tomorrow is a star festival (tanabata)

Hope we can see the milky way on the sky....

People in eastern asia believe a myth about Milky way.

the story is like the two lovers who were allowed to meet only once a year on the seventh day of the seventh month, when a flock of magpies and crows formed a bridge over the galactic river(milky way).

but if it rains, the lovers are not able to meet eachother in that year...

but here is the happy happy marriage ring from Men's clothing shop FLORAISON.

The rings by japanese bland called AVM DESIGN ROOM.

if you look at inside you can see the carved small stars and it is so romantic!

in the photos there is a hand made ring pillow by Vehicle(*contact with FLORAISON about more information) which also made with an idea about happy stars.

Isn't it so cute!!!

right...let's pray that it will be clear sky and the two lovers will have a happy moment tomorrow!

半年充電してました。

始めます！　本格的にキリが良く７月から活動を開始しようと思います。

去年、秋頃ニットデザイナーのERIOさんの展示会にお邪魔してきました。
Transparent04の表紙のモデルちゃんが首に巻いてるニットもERIOさんの作品
とても素敵なニットの作品ばかり。
彩りが本当に素敵でした。
で、私も糸を選んでオーダーメイドをお願いしようと思ったのですが
出来上がりを予想して色を２つ合わせるのが初心者にはとってもリスキーに思えたので展示されてた通りの
２つのグレーの糸を使ったボレロをオーダーしました！
次は自分オリジナルな組み合わせでオーダーしよう♪これ癖になります。
ず〜っと前に出来上がってたのですが、やっとブログにアップ。
ブローチは、madrigalさんで取り扱いのKaori Shimomuraさんです！

Last year I have been to the showcase of my friend Knit designer's brand which called "ERIO".

The cover girl of Transparent04 wears her knit.

There were so many beautiful knits. and those were very colourful.

You could also order those knit wear there.

the first you choose a type of design. then choose colors from samples of knitting wool. She will knit your original ones.

I had very poor imagination for how my choice will come out.

so I just ordered a same one as she shown at show. A bolero made by 2 type of beautiful gray knitting wools...

I love it!

Next time I will try to order my original color combination!

昔見た映画にセント オブ ウーマンと言うアル パチーノ主演の映画がありました。
女性の香...良いですね〜男が一番男らしかった時代を生きた男が感じ取る様な香のイメージです。
香りで人に魅かれてしまったり、香りで人を思い出したりと香りってなんだかセクシーでノスタルジックな感じがしませんか？

さて、先日Transparent04でインタビューをさせて頂いたパフューマリー、D.S&Durgaから展示会のおしらせを頂きました。
しかしながら、この土日、NYまで飛んで行けそうにありません。
私たちが取材をさせて頂いたときに少しお話しして頂いたのですが、新しいボトルとパッケージで新作の香りもいくつか発表されてます。
ブルックリン（アーティストやシンガーが集まる街でとってもオシャレな感じがします！）で香水作りをする素敵なカップルが作る、とってもチャーミングなネイミングで古い料理のレシピなどから得たインスピレーションで作る香水は、まだ日本未発売ですが、もしNYを訪れる予定がある人はぜひぜひcheck it out!!!
NY意外の場所でももちろんお取り扱いがあります。

long time ago I watched Al Pacino film "Scent of woman". Scent of woman... that sounds so sexy.
from that title the image of a really sexy manly man come up to me.

Don't you think the "scents" are very sexy and nostalgic thing?
sometimes some special scent reminds you your ex lover or one scene...

last week i received an invitation of fragrance showcase from perfumery "D.S&Durga".
Their fragrances are so unique. some of them are inspired from an Ancient recipe and the other from record jacket art works etc...

I couldn't make to visit that exhibition but I checked their website.
As they mentioned for our interview they have released new design bottles and some new fragrances.

Transparent03 で特集した、NY在住のジュエリーデザイナーJennifer Kelloggが作るジュエリーは、遊び心が満載で本当に楽しい作品達です。

彼女のデザインフィロソフィーなどなど本当に興味深いお話をして頂きました。

本当に素敵な女性なんです！

さて、そんな彼女からなんとキュートなサプライズが先日届きました。

今年は卯年ですが、彼女の作品のひとつ。黒ウサギのリングです。

付けていると誰もが「可愛い！うさぎちゃん！」と反応してくれます。

Le boudoir de Marie

海外の可愛い下着を紹介したページがTransparent vol.04にあります。

厚手の洋服を着るこの時期は、ちょっと派手目な下着を付けれるのでしょうか？

パリのAbbesse駅の近くにあるランジェリーブティックLe boudoir de Marie.

とっても素敵なクリエーションで女心をくすぐる、まさにフレンチクラシックなイメージもありながらとってもパンチの効いた遊び心があるランジェリーをデザインするMarieさんのブティックです。

残念ながら私は実際ブティックを訪れた事はないのですが、毎号voyage@旅のコラムを書いてくださる、Tchikakoさんがショートバカンスでパリに訪れた際ブティックまで足を運んでくれました。

Abbesse駅とは、映画“アメリ”でも舞台となった駅らしくきっときっと素敵なエリアに違いない！私も絶対に遊びに行こう！

Marieさんは彼女のクリエーションと同じく素敵な方だったとのこと。

うんうん、パリに行く理由が出来た！そして、とっても感動的な事にブティックのウィンドウにTransparentの彼女のデザインするランジェリーを紹介させて頂いたページのコピーを貼ってくれてるんです！

There is a lingerie boutique in Paris near by Abbesse station.

called "Le boudoir de Marie"

We introduced some lingerie brands on the pages of vol.04 and Le boudoir de Marie is the one of them.

the designer Marie's work is very French classic but also very unique and fun.

I have never been to the boutique yet. I would love to!

Abbesse station is the filming lacation for the movie called "Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain". so there must be the pretty place to go!

Last month a writer Tchikako who contribute the column of voyage to our magazine has been to paris for a short time.

then she visited Marie's boutique.

she says that Marie is a very nice person as like her creation.

the winter is coming. you can wear some unique lingerie under your daily wear I think.

Le boudoir de Marie's lingeries are very sophisticated. so I think it's great for present for your partner!

スェーデン語で書かれてるので良くわからないのですが、翻訳ソフトに掛けてみたところ

多分（翻訳ソフトって余計に混乱します）朝オフィスに行くと、机の上にはくだらない広告の手紙の山で一杯でうんざりするんだけど、今日は違いました。日本で発行されてる雑誌Transparentが届いていて、その日一日がとてもHappyな日になりました、Ayami 素敵な一日を作ってくれてありがとう。的な...とにかく、私の方こそとてもシュールでキュートなページが出来上がって、こんな風にブログで言ってくれてるなんてとっても嬉しくって一日がスペシャルなものになりました。Thaks Noemi xx

I love lingerie!

So I made the feature of lingerie on my magazine.
"Made by Noemi" is the lingerie brand in Sweden which I found on internet when I was looking for lingerie designer all over the world.

her design lingerie are simple but very cute. and very photogenic.

very happily she wrote about my magazine on her blog. I can't understand Swedish...I use online translation and checked them.
It makes me always confused but I understood some. anyways the article made me smile and also made my day special!

HISUI~butterflies

先日少し書いたのですが、vol.04では東京コレクションでもおなじみのブランドHISUI(ヒスイ)のデザイナー伊藤ひろこさんにお話をお聞きし、特集ページを作らせて頂きました。

個人的にはとても女性でいる事を楽しめる様になりそうな内容だと思います。

今回は、SwedenからSwedenを拠点にヨーロッパで活躍するデザイナーさんの2010A/Wコレクションをお借りして撮影！

モデルさんを始め、衣装、ヘアメイクとってもかっこ良く、食欲を誘うかどうかは？ですが

we focused on especially "ingredient" in this time

do the photos makes you hungry or not...the model was right! and hair and make up are great, also the clothes are fantastic! so the photos came out very interestingly.

本当は、虫だらけなんだけど、来てくれる人達がみんな、こんな所に住みたいと

言ってくれる、スタジオの一角より...

私の名前には色に関わる漢字が一文字入ってます。

世の中は色であふれ返っていますが、色って素敵です。

次回号の特集で、東京コレクションでも活躍されてるデザイナー様（次回号発売までお楽しみに！）のコレクションを撮らせて頂いたのですが、コチラも夜に飛び散る花粉のイメージで撮ってみました。
